The client needed a better solution for accepting files from customers.

Background:
J.B. Printing was using e-mail as a means of accepting electronic documents/layouts. Due to the way e-mail stores attatched files, e-mail sizes can be to 150% of the file attatched. That would make a 20Mb file nearly 30Mb in e-mail. J.B. Printing has a slow Internet connection that, coupled with the file size inflation, made e-mail an impractical means of transfer. It was quite often easier and less time consuming to drive to the clients office and pick the files manually.

Solution:
