Idetix needed a new web site that not only showcased the new version of their product, but also facilitated getting information about the product quickly. We helped them reach this goal by redesigning the navigation structure so that the user could find the information about their product more easily.

To further their communication level with their website visitors and clients, we first enabled them with a real-time user support system, again helping customers get the answers they needed as fast as possible. Secondly, we built a section for their web site that users can check a schedule and attend online demonstrations of the product by an Idetix sales representative.
